Pasta made with inspiration! Thanks to "Julie & Julia"!

It was an attempt to make something new at home and something quite unusual!

Pasta ia always a good idea that's way I made it ;)

It was a pilot pasta I made only one plate of it for one craving person - me! It's raining outside; quite cold and so windy (as I like)!

Creamy and warm pasta is the best addition to this weather!

I was lied to myself by denying my love to pasta. I spent so many days without that delicious dish! I'm happy that now I'm absolutely addicted to pasta. You know, sometimes before I fall asleep I'm dreaming of pasta and imagine me having lunch with my friend and PASTA.

My pilot pasta succeeded - I devoured it without sense of shame! And now I'm looking forward to sharing with you my recipe!

All you need :

All ingredients were taken "BY EYE" (and you can see how it looks approximately on the photos bellow)

chicken broth

boiled chicken

macaroni

spinach

parmesan cheese

butter

milk

How I made it :

boil chicken broth

add macaroni

stir it and boil 9 minutes

over 9 minutes add milk and butter

mix properly

add spinach and mix again

add small pieces of chicken and mix it

in the end add parmesan cheese

cover your saucepan for a 2 minutes

wait wait wait

and remember two main thing - 1) you should cook on a low heat

2) be attentive and try to feel when it's a right time to add some more milk, butter or cheese!
