Your healthiest burger ever

I was inspired by many wonderful women who find a lot of different ways to eat healthy, keep fit and create different amazing dishes! 

I'm sure you will be glad to taste this easy-to-make-healthy burger!

Ingredients :

(to make burger)

two big slices of eggplant

one slice of big tomato 

one big slice of goat cheese

two tablespoons of ripe avocado 

two quail eggs

minced meat (pork and beef - 50/50)

salt 

pepper 

olive oil 

(to make garnish)

the rest go eggplant 

carrot 

How to make :

1. You need 2 big slices of an eggplant 🍆

2. Cut them and place on the frying pan with olive oil 

3. Roast 2 min on each side (I cut the rest of the eggplant and roast, too)

4. While your eggplant is roasting prepare a 

cutlet (I did this burger only for myself so I made one cutlet). Mix minced meat with eggs, salt and pepper. 

5. Make a shape of cutlet and place on a hot pan. Roat about 10 minutes and each side.

6. Cut tomato 

7. Mix avocado with goat cheese 

8. Build a burger add some garnish from the rest of your food and enjoy 😊
