Healthy cutlets

What are the best source of protein? Of course, meat or fish.
I like truing out to make something delicious and healthy at the same time.
Also, i want to stay full for a long time.
I had created this simple recipe a few weeks ago and now it's one of my favorite healthy lunch recipe!

Ingredients :
Diet (chicken) mince 165 g
Big egg 1
Wheat flakes 25 g
Wheat bran 10 g
Tomatos 100 g
A pinch of salt
Black pepper (as you like)
Olive oil

How to make :
1. Mix your wheat flakes, wheat bran and one egg into a bowl (medium size).
2. Add salt and black paper
3. Mash up chicken mince and add mix it with flakes and egg into the bowl.
4. Heat your pan
5. Pour a bit of olive oil and spread it evenly
6. Form small pieces from all mixed ingredients.
7. Put it in the pan
8. Cook on each side about 3 minutes
9. While its cooking slice tomatoes and put in on a plate. Add some extra salt and paper in the top.
10. When your cutlets are done - add them in the plate.
And finally - Enjoy!
